Today i wanted some greek Stuff. For that my Favourite is Oktopus. So I bought a big one and cooked it Sous vide first with 88 degrees Celsius for 5 hours. Then it is more than soft and u can do with it whatever u want
So i used the soft one for a tomato sauce and made with that a all in one pot pasta.

Hmmmm looks good octopus is not high on my grocery list though.
Reminds me of a story from when I first moved to west Kansas one of the city fathers in his welcome said " Welcome to Kansas but it IS Kansas don't order the fish."
