Country Ribs St. Louis-style

They tasted good but we really went overboard with the quantity. That's what 'on sale' does to me. Oh, well, there's always the freezer. :laughing7:

Too bad, OUP. These were quite good. The traffic through NYC would be murder, though. :P

We wound up freezing a lot of it, cut up in the sauce. So we're all set now. :D
