Sooner, I got to thinking about the up coming Fajita Cook and remembered all that Beef I have in the Freezer out in the Man Cave so now I'm thinking about ?maybe? using a couple of boneless rib-eyes or filets and pounding them prior to marinating - - - whatcha think :dont: :?:

 I might even be able to split them laterally into two thin steaks a piece ????????????????????????????? don't have a meat slicer just sharp knives :dont:

I would season them with fajita seasoning and cook like a steak. Then slice them thin for fajitas.

I noticed these thermometers were back up for sale again on Woot so I thought I’d bump the thread. I’ve gotten good use out of this thing.
