Grilled Cheekan Salad

Postby Larry Wolfe » Tue Jan 29, 2008 5:28 pm

Marinated some boneless skinless chicken breast in Italian salad dressing for most of the day and then seasoned with a little Wolfe Rub Citrus and grilled on the Primo Jr. Served on top of romaine, bean sprouts, english cucumber, red onion, carrots, bell pepper and multi-grain croutons. Drizzled with a bit of Lite Creamy Caesar Parmesean dressing. Pretty good if you ask me!
