lunch- strip steak with au gratin potatoes
sliced up a new potato- into a pyrex bowl
butter, garlic, milk, salt&pepper &a slice of swiss cheese in the layers
cooked in the toaster oven for 30'mins
i laid another slice of swiss on the top when the heat turned off
i marinated the strip steak in Italian dressing, Teryaki sauce & steak seasoning overnight
