Was forced to grab some Jalapenos at Brookshire Bros and they weren't as large as I like but they will work. :chef:

My favorite is an over night soak in Allegro Nashville Hot Chicken Marinade then dry and sprinkle both side liberally with Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama Seasoning - - then place over hot charcoal until done - - - if you choose to have a wetter sweeter wing then baste with favorite sauce at the end of the cook. :dont: :salut:

But i think it is very interesting, that u do them direct over heat.

I always do wings indirect. So i do now at the moment. And my wife is grumbling a lot, because she´s hungry :D

Rarely do I do anything indirectly and I don't know why - just don't :dont:

I do the most time indirectly. In my taste it is definitely more juicy and more soft.

instead my wife does everything directly. Also ribs and for sure also Pulled Pork :laughing7:
But i must admit, that it tastes different but as well good.
