On the lighter side.

Well in back on my diet after a trip to the cardiologists office a week ago. Good news is the ticker is strong but my weight and cholesterol. Not so much. Been on the diet for 2 weeks now and in down 10 pounds. We made burger boats with remain lettuce. They were great! Also picked up some what a burger ketchup. It was worth it. If anyone has some healthy meal advice I would love to hear about it. Sorry no pics. Phone is acting up. I will try again later.

Heck, even lettuce is making people sick now :)

Good luck with the diet.

Good old fashioned chicken breast and sweet potatoes and pretty much all grilled veggies like asparagus etc. tend to eat pretty healthy over here and still get in plent of grilling and bbq time
