London broil

Postby JustinCouch » Mon Apr 16, 2018 7:45 pm

I wanted to do alfredo tonight. In back on my diet so we did broccoli instead of noodles. For my protein I decided on London broil. It turned out perfect.

I can't cook those or Sirloins unless I smother them in a cast iron skillet. Good luck and if you're successful let me know how to do it

I just reasoned it like any other steak and cooked it hot and fast. The only thing that threw me off was the grain. I watched videos on how to cut them but the green on the in i bought was different. It was still tender. I will do more in the future.

the "ONLY" thing that I know about London Broil is that it sure makes some good Beef Jerky but that looks like I may have another option now  :salut:
