Great idea. Bet those will look and taste amazing after done.
Gotta admit, I've seen even more great ideas for appetizers and snacks here than I have main course BBQ. Given all the awesome looking Que I've seen here, that's saying something too.

They are semi thawed. Had two stops on way home from grocery store that took a little over an hour. Difficult to put toothpicks in them straight from the freezer - been there.

We've done the tater tots before but not the dates. It looks like it will be on our menu sometime soon.

They went pretty fast so didn’t get any pics this time. Here are a few from several years ago. BTW - the stuffed bacon wrapped dates were favored over the tater tots the other night.
