Typical german ...

Postby daBertl » Tue Mar 27, 2018 5:29 pm

... somebody can think if he heared about Steak, Potatoes and Salat.
But today it only sounds like that, the truth was different. I think, my wife and me, we are a quite good team ....

Thx for the Meat :D
The rest is potatoes simmered in Cream and Gorgonzole Cheese for about 2 hours, and a Salad how it is served in Thailand.
You can see some Greens, Carrots, Tuna, crab Meat, ...., wrapped in Rice paper. These Rolls you can dip into a very spicy Koriander-Garlic-Chilli Sauce.

Tastes very good and is a interesting variation to "normal Salads".
