Went out Salmon fishing last Sat.
Got a couple decent size winter chinooks.
Thinking maybe Buck knows what for dinner
Had a beauty of a day on Sunday so went with the Webber on the deck for the cook
Fired the kettle up with a half chimney of briquets and a hunk of cherry
Added a wee bit of butter on the last minute or two on the cook
For sides I whacked up some Russet tators coated them in my favorite seasoned Chicken breader and threw them in hot oil for 14 minutes
When y'all get tired of my posting of fresh Salmon please let me know and I'll stop.
Bill

Ol’ Buck looks like he might have already tucked down a few.

Thanks y'all
Yea ole Buck never ventures to far from where I'm cooking.
When I'm home he's pretty much my shadow.
I got his food bowl in the garage. When I feed him I got to sit and watch him eat. If I leave he follows me . I think he'd rather starve then leave my side. Just the breed I'm guessing.
