Thanks, and 10-4 on the Tater - the Green Stuff is Mixed Greens - - aka mustard, collards, turnips and etc from a round metal container :whiteflag:

that steak was a lucky sale item purchase - - a boneless Reebye full of marbling and only $6 so I jumped all over it and I'm glad I did - - - very very tender but not so much that I forgot my Caveman Heritage :tup:
