Cajun Amigeaux Cook

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Feb 24, 2018 11:47 am

The temp is in the seventies and it's humid (Duh) and since the Texas Gulf Coast is only an hour away my mind and taste buds started drifting towards shrimp and fish. However, the shrimp will be grilled Diablo Style and the Fish (name with held to protect my ears) will be Grilled with Gator's Cajun Seasoning (respectfully called gas-mask seasoning). The reason I don't do shrimp diablos more often is that are in no way a KISS effort. YIKES but the KISS of the fish will help make up for that. One side speaks for itself. Bout time to fire up the Kingsford but first I gotta cook the Wiffy's breakfast. :rose:
