Found a good easy recipe online for some Buffalo Wings.
I'm not a huge fan of Buffalo wings but we had a party to attend and was asked to bring a appetizer.
Recipe called for butter and Franks red hot sauce for the wings. Just happened to have a bottle of Frank's in the pantry.
Heated up the sauce per instructions while the wings where smoking in the pellet. Did a taste test before throwing the wings in the sauce. Although the sauce was good and hot I thought that it needed a little more heat and sweet. Then I thought of OUP.
I Added bout 3 heaping tablespoons of Ems fabulous Jalepano jelly in the sauce. It was a awesome combo. I should of added more of his jelly to the sauce but I need to save most of it for my peanut butter and bacon sammys.
Also did a batch of lollipop drums. they where good but played second fiddle to the Buffaloup wings.
Thanks Em
Bill

So glad the sweet heat did the job for you - - - - I think I'll try and get a little more heat the next time I brew some up but I'm enjoying as well and glad you are also - - - as far as wings go, mine HAVE TO BE bone-in and not buffalo - - - hope your Sunday is Super, Wild Bill
