Anniversary steak

Today the wife and I celebrate 8 years in holy matrimony. I got this beauty at sams club. 2.89 pounds of beauty.

It was great. Not as tender as I hoped but good. I did a reverse sear and I wish I would have started the sear 10 degrees lower. It came out medium instead of medium rare. Any way ewe were happy.
