Fillets and Stuffed Shrooms

Postby OSD » Sat Jan 19, 2008 9:39 pm

Had 4 small bacon wrapped Fillet Mignons, some small shroom caps, fresh bay scallops, and a couple potatoes. :D

Popped the stems out of the shroom caps, poured in some garlic butter, and let them set for awhile to soak up the butter. Then put a scallop in each cap and dusted with the steak grilling spice.

Know it making me mighty hongry. I love scallops like a hawg loves slop. Taste just like oysters without having to put up with the green gut bag or whutever that green stuff is inside of an oyster which make it taste so good. Somebody tole me it was oyster poo poo one time. Reckon that be true? Thanks for the recipe. Got it copied.
