Re: Stack'n a Burger
thanks, sometimes you just gotta scratch that itch don'tcha ?
got a question, if I may
my Wiffy likes for me to finely chop own-yawns and sprinkle some of that "W" sauce on her patty prior to grilling and even tho I chop or even grate it very fine, it still makes the patty very hard to flip during grilling - - it will fall apart if you're not careful - - - - the burger is 80/20 mix so could that be why the patty won't stay together???

Throw a few cracker or bread crumbs and 1 egg along with the onions and no problem with falling apart. In an earlier life I managed a Taco place and we added outmeal to the meat to keep it together and not falling out of the shells.

Re: Stack'n a Burger
And on the w subject a friend of mine gave me a bottle of her w sauce, and man it's good, so it's on the agenda to make my own after I've finished tomato relish. Wife picked 3 kg tomatoes yesterday so that's ending up as relish.

Fantastic looking burger!! By the way, green bell pepper will haunt me for several hours. However, I can eat all of the ripe red bell peppers I want and never a burp!
