I like spares, but I figured I would give BBs a try. They were really good. Each slab was 2lbs and was very meaty. I got these at a different place than where I normally get my meat. I had heard good things about their ribs. Both their spares and BBs come in 2lb slabs.

I've found BB to be unforgiving. Thin line between done and overdone. Ain't figured out the trick so I stick with spares if I got folks stopping by. If it's just me the woman, I'll dabble with the BB.
