Unbeatable Combo imo, Nice !
Thighs,Hoochie and Peach !

I like to take the crisp skin and dunk it in that sauce like an Oreo into Milk :)

You should try removing the skin on your thighs, cooking it seperate from the thigh on the grate until it is done. My daughter calls it chicken bacon and loves it!! It I can keep her and her friends from eating it I take it and crumble it up and spread it on top of the thighs after I sauce them so it will stick. Quite tasty! I also think it's more aesthetically pleasing than leaving the skin on the thigh as well as easier to eat without the skin coming off.

Maybe I got one for you now ??

Get the skin as Crispy as you can, ( just shy of starting to burn ) and then slice them up into tiny pieces and spread on your garlic and butter mashed potatoes...

One of my favorites :)
