Thought I'd satisfy my Charcoal Craving with some Wings, ABTs and Corn on the ECB over Kingsford Charcoal today - - - Believe me I am satisfied
Gave the wings an overnight soaking in Allegro's Nashville Hot Chicken Marinade and was pleased. I used to use their Hot and Spicy Creole but can't find it any longer, however, this is a good replacement IMHO.
Stuffed the ABTs with a mixture of Cream Chez and Suckle Busters Jalapeno Pepper Jelly and that will be my go-to stuffing from now on. I also think I'll start par-boiling the cleaned Jalapenos for a minute or two from now on before stuffing and wrapping.
The ECB performed as always and Lunch was quick and tasty.
Hardly seems worth it but IT WAS

You have to be one of the most prolific on here. Seems like you are doing something most days. I guess I am just more of a weekend warrior, but do enough at a time to last the week.

Prolific = Dull and Boring but loves to Cook - - - especially since the Wiffy spends lots of time in bed and doesn't eat regularly or normally so I kinda "do my thing" so to speak.

It all looks perfect! Glad that marinade worked for you. I need to try some of their stuff.
