New years eve fajitas

Postby JustinCouch » Sun Dec 31, 2017 4:36 pm

Picked up some more skirt steaks at sams today. As soon as the sun goes down I will start them. I can't what to start the fireworks as well. Well fellas. Pray for me
Tomorrow the wife and I start a diet. Its called the keto diet. We gotta drop some pounds this year. If anybody knows any descent keto recipes please let me know. Let the jokes on Justin begin.

RIP buddy…

J/K happy new year and here’s to your health!

I am no help on the recipes. I’ve never met a keto so I wouldn’t know where to begin cooking one :)

Here's the run down on keto. High fat low carb. Wife says I can have all the steak bacon and eggs I can stomach. Just all but no carbs. That means no beer!

I have a couple friends that have lost a tremendous amount of weight doing this diet, but they would also gladly kill everyone on this forum for just one bite of one of the soft pretzels TXdragon makes.

My advice, from my marathon training - drop sugars and bread, increase exercise.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to start a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
