Today’s cook is a chuck roast for pulled beef tacos. I’ll post meat pics later.
Took an hour or so to figure out my settings but it’s cruising along now. Also thanks to the FAQ on their website I learned to use binder clips on my weber lit for leak control.
When I started at 9 it was 19 degrees and starting to snow here in Little Elm. I actually enjoy cooking in this stuff. Probably because we don’t get it very often.
