6AM 3-2-1 St Louis on Pellet
Had to make some changes due to the Wiffy's wants so these will be sweet, no heat and (pert near) fall off of the bone ?maybe?

I see you put yourself a little snack on as well. Throw some heat on that.

I get stuck doing all sweet because of the kiddos as well…just makes me enjoy it a little more when I get to kick ‘em up a notch!

10-4 Sooner, at least she's wanting to EAT something that you could call Food
Gonna whoop up some Cole Slaw and Jalapeno Pintos for sides so Lunch should be enjoyable, especially if she gets up and eat with me.

Yummmmmm !!!
Hey Em. You could set it back in the pellet for 1/2 hour after it comes out of the foil and glaze some Chipotle BBQ on your 1/2 or 3/4s of the rack. Just have to make sure wifey gets the bones from the other end.

Outlaw Pal, I should have never eaten my Secret Piece before Lunch - - - I am spoiled and expecting what ain't gonna be there but it should be good anyhow. Gotta go wake the Wiffy up in a bit and see if this will all come down as planned.
