I'm always careful about bragging about something but this Pit Boss has served me well BUT I HAVE done my home work and kept good dry pellets in her and cleaned her good after each cook thanks to Papa Toms suggestions. I ran her for six hours and she didn't even use a hopper full of "very old pellets" but I always keep them in a dry environment and I used my oldest hickory pellets for this cook.
