Russ-Dusted, Yogurt-Busted Strip Steak

The strip was fork-poked all over, then swam in yogurt, ojay, and Russ Dust overnight.

I was afraid it might be mushy but it wasn't. Scorched briefly on the Weber Mini-Q. We inhaled it.

Kudos to both Russ and CaptJack. I feel like Diogenes!

Only one side: 'Everybody-In-The-Pool Vejables'. Store brand frozen squash cubes and spinach, our own frozen beans and peppers (including Cooler Penner), onion 'n' garlic, bacon fat, salt, red and black pepper, cider, parsley, and soy sauce.
