Postby JustinCouch » Sat Oct 21, 2017 9:21 am

This past Thursday was my wife's 28th birthday and she is getting her present today. Weeeeeell it might be a present for me too. I got 3 racks of baby backs, about 8 pounds of shrimp and a bag of. Scallops. I will post more picks as the day goes on.

I plan on dusting them wit some old bay and sucklebusters Cajun. I just got through propping half the shrimp to grill. The other half we will do a low country boil.

Happy Late Birthday to the wifey :)

When the time comes you are looking to try something different with Scallops, let me know. I came across a recipe with these ingredients. You mix your pulled pork in this sauce, then place on top of your seared Scallops. The Scallops are then placed one some home made Hollandaise Sauce.

The amount of flavor is Excellent !

Enjoy ur day man :):)

What I do on the computer is:
Right click on the pic, select, "save image as", and save it to the computer where I store pictures, then I go there and right click the picture and select "open with" and select the program I want to use and most of the time I use microsoft office 2010, select edit and do whatever I want, then save. From what I under stand, a lot of forum site's don't like pic's that are taken in the vertical position and if I open this thread on my phone it still show's your pic need's to be rotated, I don't understand that. Hope this helped you some.

Yeah Justin as Willie said.
If I take photos on my IPhone in the vertical position my post photos will show up on here sideways. :dont: Photos taken with phone horizontal no problem.
