Bourbon Glazed Thighs
After a glass of Jim Beam Apple Bourbon, I was thinking...
I wonder what I can find for a bourbon marinade, so after some looking, here we go.
I took a teaspoon of the marinade into the wifey for approval and her eyes got HUGE and she said...
WHAT LIQUOR IS IN THAT ???
Lol, pretty much in ^^^ tone too..
I said, Apple Bourbon Whiskey, do you like it ??
I got a BIG YEAH :):)
Simple marinade. Basted right from the get go at 350.Used second half the last 20 minutes at 475 to set the caramelization.
We both loved it, hope you all enjoy the pics :)

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Hey, nothing wrong with a BLT, even if you omit the L & T you still have the B and that's all that counts right ? :)

Really? Again? I'm turning my computer off. It's a good thing I'm not a deputy or I would restrict you to one post a day.
