Did some burgers on the Blackstone with homemade bacon…but the show stealer was the Home style fries inspired by 88rxna a little while back. They looked so good on the Kettle I wanted to try on the Blackstone. A little Olive Oil, SPG and dry Ranch…oh my were they good.

Easy…just took some time to cook.

Slice, coat in olive oil, dry ranch, SPG and toss on the griddle.

88rxna posted a while back that he did them on the grill. That gave me the idea. Wife and kids loved them, I did too.

Sooner, you keep posting these Blackstone pics. Every time it looks better and better. You almost convinced me when y'all said they fold up, now I see there is a tabletop smaller version as well. What to do, what to do. Even thought this is a bbq forum, some things just scream flat top. :chef: :chef: :chef: :chef: :chef:

If you think that you might possibly want to cook for 4 or more people, I would lean towards the full size.
I used to cook breakfast on my tabletop griddle when we had family or friends up and it took forever it seemed. We couldn't eat all at once cuz it wasn't done at the same time.
Now with the 36", everyone's is on and off together and it cut cooking time easily in half..
Just so you know, they make a ( grill top ) too for it, so if you ever want flame grilled burgers, you can throw this adapter on top. Runs about 80$.

If it's just two of you, the tabletop one might be your choice ?

Either way,I don't think you will regret either.

Thanks all.

I always recommend going with the 36 if you have the room.
