Joizee and New Yawkers sometimes refer to pizza pies that have everything a ( garbage ) pie..

But, they are anything but garbage!
Olive Oil on Naan, good Pizza Sauce, lightly sauteed Green Peppers,Onions,Shrooms, Eye-Tal-Yin Sausage,Roni,Diced Ham,Shredded Mozz and Fresh Mozz Dollops....

Over Lump on the Akorn about 600 for 7 minutes :):)

Made two more on round Flat Bread for our Lunches Tomorrow:):)

E-GAD. We sometimes call them garbage cans here, and throw on everything but the carrot tops.

Great pics and pizzas, that's the name down here, pies are a Australian kiwi thing I think. My fave is steak n mushroom or mince n cheese. I recently made some steak n kidney pies. They were great.

A couple usually does the trick for us too. They were small, but filling !

They were really good. We LOVE pizzas on the stone over lump, haven't had a better tasting pizza yet.

And remember, I was born & raised in what's arguably known to be the best pizza state, Jersey. These were right up there.

They ONLY thing you will find on our kitchen floor is ....The Floor lol.
I may have been told a time or 10 that I'm a worse than Mr Clean when I'm cooking..
I can't help it, if it falls on the floor, ALL production stops til the floor is clean lol..

It drives Deb nuts when we both occupy the kitchen cuz as soon as I see her make the smallest mess, I'm right there with paper towels..

Yeah, I know, I know.. I got issues
