Just WOW. I love loaded fried rice, and that Blackstone seems the perfect vehicle for delivery to my belly. I wish I had the room for one of those bad boys.

Looking Great..... Fried Rice is on my shortlist of things to griddle up.
I can't remember the last time I fired up the Weber kettle since I got my Blackstone.
