Yup - - - worked great - - - that grilling sheet that Capt'n Jack turned me onto last year really helped with being able to roll it and not loose the seasonings

Isn't it a miraculous recipe?

thanks Pal, ol hawg found an acorn fo sho - - - first time for me to use the flat one - - there are two in the pkg and I've been using the one that has the grill mark ridges in it - - - I will be using the flat one a lot know that I see its advantages

thanks Pard, it was good and even tho Owens Hot is my "only" breakie sausage that I buy or eat, I'm thinking that I may do one of the Owens and then one that has a Maple or other type seasoning in it the next time I do this.
