Decided to grill up some lamb burgers on homemade, toasted brioche buns with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, feta cheese and fresh onions. Sides were lemon roasted potatoes and Greek salad. I must say....this was a pretty tasty meal to get us ready for the upcoming work week.

10/10 from a lamb lover, you got all the good stuff too, tzatziki goes perfect with lamb. Ironically we are having mid loin lamb chops for dinner tonight. With baked tatter and whatever comes to mind later.

I'd drive mucho miles for a good Tzatziki sauce..

Hmm, might need to give a run at home made this weekend:):)

It's very similar to rhaita I make for my Indian dishes. Get a nice yoghurt to make it, that's half the battle. We have tzatziki on kebabs and souvlakis.

Tzaziki sauce is so easy to make and I love that stuff! I would bathe in it if I could. I'm sure the yogurt has some skin healing properties :laughing7:

I don't know but I sure would have ordered one! Wash it down with a nice chocolate shake with a little mint in it?

So I giggled it, I learnt something, even a song about goobers, lol. I'd give it a go.
