Great Plate, Sailor Mam, I've been asking about Chard when I go to HEB but so far dez antz gotz nun. I know I'd like it seeing it wild in the pot and on that plate too.

So we did this steak back on the small Weber gas grill and it came out as expected. The R2D2 fries were just a little overcooked (we're still on the learning curve with it).

Ahh! The kind with white stalks.

Yeah we get red as well, I love it steamed then a knob of butter before serving. I also add chopped up with my onion bhagees. Then fry them.
