So Shoot Me, already

Postby OldUsedParts » Fri Aug 25, 2017 11:48 am

The Ribeye was already defrosted and, even tho we're watching an approaching Hurricane, I had to grill it. :dont: Nothing new, same Suckle Busters Campfire Steak Seasoning and baked tater side but it's Lunch, it's Good and it's "DONE".

Looks good OUP!! Stay safe over there! They keep upping the amount of rain we are supposed to get but I don't think it's anywhere near what you are gonna get.

Disgusting RAW. Why did you even bother lighting the grill? I don't get it when people don't cook the meat. But, it's yours and you have to eat it. :deadhorse: :deadhorse: :deadhorse:

Justin, we're about 40 min due North of Houston on the West side of Lake Conroe

Thanks, Chris, so far we've just gotten sprinkles and a light breeze from the SE but that can change

Oakie, I got rid of my "hole in the water that you pour money into" a long time ago HOWEVER, my best friend spent all day yesterday helping his younges Son move his "rather large boat" from the Galveston Yacht Basin, up the Intercoastal Canal, to a safe dock on the Neches River out of Beaumont - - - - I'm still in AWE

Outcast - er I mean, Outlaw, my Pal, if I wanted to eat shoe leather, I'd shop at Payless :P :laughing7: :D  you should see us when we're cleaning a deer - - - nawww, maybe it's best you don't :whiteflag: :deadhorse:

Bottomline: sho wuz a guud chunk of cow :chef:

If you don't have to wrestle it, it ain't worth eating.

Ol Matt Hamilton at Local Yocal in McKinney sells a great T shirt (you can order it online). It says:

"There are 3 ways to cook a steak:

1. Rare,
2. Medium Rare,
3. Ruined"

I quite agree. I'm Boots, and I approved this message.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

I didn't mean to insult your steak, I just can't eat one like that. I even had my wife blindfold me and have me taste different steaks at one of my Sons steak cook offs. I could always tell.
