Prime rib tomorrow. Hopefully I can smoke it instead of my mom doing it in the oven.

Happy Aloha Friday y'all...

Sure doesn't feel like Friday because of the holiday but here we are. I be rotiss'n again! This time for a group of Seahawk season ticket holders for tomorrow's game with the Redskins. Wish the weather was nicer... but it will be great exposure for my biz.

The wife and I think that Sunday we should head up north to a tribal casino and get out of the "kitchen" and eat out!

Have a terrific weekend and for my "na aikane" (friends) east and south of us... stay warm, dry and be safe.

malama pono a hui hou kakou,

Well, if the weather is as nice as they say, I'm going to fire up one of the smokers and load it up with spare ribs... drink beer and play with fire!

James.

Here at deer camp... Looks like I will be cooking fire pit roasted yard-bird this evening...Saturday will be a few cowboy cut porterhouse steaks with bake tater, seasoned jalapeño black-eye peas with peppers and jalapeño pickled mushrooms on the side..

Going to be a task cooking on the camp fire pit in this wind..
