Haven't done them in a while but I used to Grill Portabellas just like a burger pattie with melted cheese on top and then onto a Hamburger Bun with all the fixins. Don't know why I stopped and I need to do it again soon. :chef:

Thx TexMike,

Emm, yeah, those are GREAT that way. I've had plenty like that, but I've always used fresh baked Onion Rolls, really good stuff for sure.

A little late but rhe food looks great. Do you remember what your vent positions were?

I have a question for you barbecue boys. I would like to grill some portabellas like OUP was talking about. My question is how do you prepare the portabellas for grilling? I was thinking maybe brushing with a little EVOO?
