Of course. I love this forum, such a great place to share knowledge. Y'all are the masters, I just have a love for it and happen to have some kinfolks in the steak arena. I've always thought that when you have a Passion or Hobby and you quit learning and enjoying then you should probably change your Interests to something else - - - there's almost never a day that I don't learn something from someone here on the Forum, whether it be techniques, recipes or safety (J/K Justin) The user name dates back to my Hot Rod/Old Car Days a la Old Used Parts, even tho my mileage qualifies me now (76 next month :shock: )
