Shiny Chickens

Postby Boots » Sat Jul 01, 2017 10:56 pm

Picture tells it. Marinated overnight in a teriyaki and Szechuan suace mix, then cooked for 2 1/2 hours at 225, glazed starting an hour to the finish line. Added garlic seared sprouts and wild rice.

It were food.

Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
