Decided to try something a little different and different it was! They were very good but I wouldn't at all call it a Jack and Coke flavor. Every now and then you might catch a little of the Jack flavor but it was a tasty piece of yard bird none the less. Will I do it again?? According to the wifey I will!!

They do look good. Is the marinade a whiskey / cola marinade?

http://howtobbqright.com/2016/10/07/jac ... en-thighs/ was where I got it from. Marinade was coke and soy sauce. The Jack is in the glaze. Next time I will double or triple the amount of Jack and include some coke in the glaze to see how it does.
