thanks, Pard, even at 3# it was almost too big of a cook for the two of us to do justice to BUT I'm using the leftovers as much as I can before I burn out and either give the rest away or grind into "meow mix" :roll:

I'd rather not seal and freeze it but I may - - - undecided ATM :dont:

Looks amazing! Would love to try. Same here with leftovers lol My wife is always saying thats too much for us. But people at my work say "Im jealous you have BBQ everyday" :lol:

10-4 back when I got addicted to this "hobby" the Family was larger and closer so leftovers didn't last long enough to get to the freezer or vacuum sealer and I'm still addicted but the herd ain't around to help.

I haven't done a pork loin in ages. They always come out dryer then a cork. :dont:
Looking at yours OUP makes me think maybe I should revisit that hunk of oink.
