I doubt that this comes close to the quality of Russ Dust but Kikkoman has one that you can get a some Walmarts.

Oup I had a look at the site and ingredients. Ingredients nothing like mine, and the review was BAD. Way too much sugar, mine has NONE. Mines just spices and food colouring. Lots of spices. It looks ok though.

yes I did, however, my oldest has just become a huge fan of India Cuisine and has found a great restaurant in the tunnel downtown Houston where he works so I shared my last couple of teaspoons with him - - - my wiffy did not like it, even today's dish

Unfortunately, I'm useless to Justin because I mixed up the rest of my dust for thighs and jumbo shrimp earlier today for tomorrow.
If the shrimp are good with it, Scallops are next.
