Russ Dust Report

Decided to start a new thread since this Tandoori Chicken Grill was such a success for me today.
I take no credit and realize that "even an old blind hawg finds an acorn now and then" - - - I'll take it regardless of the reason. Before I post up the string of pickies of the Grill let me say that my Pardnah Russ and his homemade spices that he so generously shared with some of us was what made it all happen. I also want to say that the Key Lime Yogurt was a lucky STRIKE on my part and totally an accident but the mild CitRUSS taste that it added to the Bird Breasts was delicious. I grilled them directly over hot Kingsford charcoal at 300+ with the pan about half way down on the ECB. Took my handy dandy $1 timer and did a 5 minute turn and flip for a total of 20 minutes (place on grill for 5, turn a 1/4 after 5, flip after 5, turn a 1/4 after 5, then pull) I.T. 160 - - - TENDER MOIST AND PERFECT
Didn't want to break out the fine China but I did want to "Toast Russ" for introducing me to Tandoori so I got out my Special Gobble-It with the crystal stem - made by Mason Golden Harvest Craftsman.
Don't know about the rest of you "NATIVES" but I find it hard to look at these pics and not say "HOOK'EM HORNS" (inside Texas Long Horns Joke )
