Almost didn't get a picture of the burgers but I do have a picture of some happy campers. Ribs have been on for about two hours. Is 225 to low to smoke ribs? Also what do y'all think, wrap it or not?

from what I see those looks like "Spares" and if they are I would check the pull back on the bones and if it looked decent then I'd wrap for a couple of hours and maybe raise the temp up some - - - then unwrap and finish with a glazing sauce until they look larapin. hard to say when I can't see them :dont:
