Ribeyes Tonight

Postby Williep » Wed May 24, 2017 10:53 am

OUP, I just had to do it and like Elvis would say, "I Did It My Way". These ribeyes are going to marinate till about 6pm this afternoon and then head for the Old Smokey.

Turned out just the way my wife and I like them, with just a little pink in the middle. Mesquite smoke for about half an hour and then over the heat for about a minute or two each side. Decide not to have anything green on my plate for supper, just beans and baked potato. :salut:
