Sucklebuster's for wings on skinless boneless dark meat chicken, because why not? And this rub has to be one of my faves so far. Served with smooshed potatoes and a big composed salad with beets 'n' everything.
Gotta try this on wings! (Actually we grilled these yesterday, but what with the rug stuff, didn't get around to posting until now...)

Thanks, OUP...no secret to the fruit sald. My local supermarket sells pre-cut fruit bowls. I added the banana 'cause I like banana with Indian flavors. (I also like peanuts, but I'm hoarding those for brittle).

Man I love beetroot, we've just bottled a heap from wife's garden, I do it myself, it's so simple. This might sound weird but I love beetroot n onion sammiches,lol.
