Weber Fried and Grilled Chicken

Postby castironchris » Thu May 04, 2017 6:17 am

Curiosity got the best of me again. Had to try some more Weber fried chicken. Daughter likes breasts so I thought I would try one and a couple thighs for myself. Also made some just grilled with some bbq sauce for the wife since she can't have the gluten. Fried came out better than the grilled but both were pretty good. The rub I used on the grilled had more sugar content than I thought I guess so it got too dark but it still ate!!
