I decided to try out one of my "homemade" long double k-bob skewers toady on some bacon wrapped shrimp, jalapeno and cheese. Had to use some Willie Pins also to keep it all together and the skewer was OK BUT I should have used a heavier stock because they were pretty flimsy when picked up and those 4 loaded shrimps in the middle. Pre dusted with Hootchie Mama and finished with Chipotle Sauce from Suckle Busters and covered in Pico.

Thanks, Gentlemen, there's no telling what I may end up fixing "MYSELF" for lunch these days - - - most times lately it has been just fix for me and then lean cuisine or a sammich wrap for the Wiffy when she gets up. Not a problem and I'm getting more used to this way of thinking because she would NOT have eaten them anyhow.
