Pork loin and a few butts

After a few months of owning the Assassin charcoal grill it was time to put her to work. Started a few butts at midnight and rolled at 250* until around 11am. Let rest for about a hour and then pulled. Sorry I forgot to get a before shred pic but here is a post shred. A first for me was a pork loin. Rubbed down and brought to an awesome mahogany color. Could not be happier with this cook or the cooker!

I got the basket for $3 at Walmart. Figured for $3 it was worth a shot and it worked really well!
