BBQ roasted salsa
yellow onion
tomato, tomatillo
serrano & red jalapeno peppers
de-seeded & de-vaned
minced garlic
lime juice
25'mins over the coals with hickory

Bit of efforts gone in I see, do you just blitz it when it's done or add liquid then blitz ?

i squeezed 2 limes into the blender
and added the minced garlic
then added just the peppers and ran it
then added the rest

At a judging we had a side entry of smoked salsa. It was delicious. I am going to make some from our garden harvest this year. :cheers:
