Turned out nice and tender and juicy!! Cooked a little more than I wanted to so baby girl would eat it.

Actually just sliced it thin and put it on hoagie rolls with some cheese sauce and grilled onions. Last night did leftovers with swiss cheese and onions. Liked it that way better. Had cornbread pudding for a side last night with a salad. Night before was no sides.
